WHAT TO EXPECT

It all starts with a free 15 minute consultation to see if Support4Healing is the right fit for your needs. From there, you will choose either individual sessions at a pace that works for you, or save by purchasing one of our packages.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Sessions will only go over time if there is an urgent matter to address or follow up on. 

  • Where do we meet?

    You will meet with Heidi Wahl vitually on zoom At the scheduled time. 

  • Will my session be private?

    Absoutely. All sessions are confidential, and no information will be shared without written consent unless required by law (e.g., concerns of harm to oneself or others).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. 


    Clients who fail to attend their session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.


    Cancellation without 48 hours notice will be charged the full session price. 


    If a session needs to be canceled due to a personal or family emergency, please notify Heidi as soon as possible, and the cancellation fee may be waived at her discretion. 


    * Heidi also follows these booking policy rules. She also reserves the right to override these policies at her discretion. 

  • What if I'm late to my appoinment?

    A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.


    If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.

  • Does Support4Healing use a diagnose and treat model?

    No, Support4Healing does NOT diagnose or treat health disorders (including mental health). We use therapeutic skills with a more empowering, more integrated model of care.

Assisted Self-Inquiry

There are common themes and patterns in our lives that we can be very comfortable in. Many are not good for us, but changing can be scary. Inquiry helps you to see these patterns. Once seen motivation for change follows. Curiosity instead of judgement is where this process begins.

Heart Centered Approach

The mind must be quiet to hear the heart. This process accesses intuitive guidance through feeling, deep listening, and presence to offer a safe space for you to make progress and achieve your goals on your healing journey.

Interpersonal guidance through a mindfulness based approach induces insights that often lead to resolutions not often found in standard practice. These changes can be subtle, yet powerful and lead to qualities such as selflessness, timelessness, effortlessness, and richness that have everlasting benefits.

Cognitive Approaches

Evidenced-based interventions encourage reflection of internal thoughts, how they connect to emotions, and behavior. We have tens of thousands of thoughts daily. The same thought patterns occur unconsciously and keep us stuck internally. Changing neuropathways through this process can equate to empowerment in all life dimensions.

Trauma-Informed Guidance

Our body knows often before the mind. Being in tune with and aware of our body is critical to balance, tapping into a deeper knowledge, and reconnecting to ourselves. Our physiology, nervous system, and mind are intrinsically connected. Once these systems are succinct there is a solid foundation to work from.

Mind-Body Integration

The ability to measure and evidence how our energetic body influences us is growing. Trauma and emotions can settle into our body leaving us blocked, stuck, and unable to fully embrace living. Identifying these areas and releasing stuck energy is an important aspect of the healing process.
